When to place your order

Q:

How soon should I order my graduation outfit?

A:

As early as possible. We cannot always guarantee availability if you place an order later than 21 days before your ceremony. Please check the website or contact the call centre if you have any queries.

Q:

What can I do if I am too late to order my outfit online?

A:

If you are too late to order your outfit online, you can still register your interest to hire your outfit on the day of your ceremony via our website.On the ceremony day go to the enquiry desk in the robing area and our staff will do their best to help you. We are usually able to accept both card payments and cash at the ceremony, but in some circumstances we may only be able to accept cash.

A:

Please ask your course tutor, university or college registry for the details.

Q:

How can I confirm my order has been placed?

A:

You will receive a confirmation email and you can also access your order details in the My Account section of the website to confirm your order has been placed.

Q:

Can I collect my gown without a printout of my confirmation email?

A:

Yes. It is not essential to have a printout but it will speed the collection process if you have a note of your order and gown numbers, which can be found on the review and amend order screen. If you have supplied your mobile number we will also send you a text message.

What forms of payment do you accept?

A:

Credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), debit cards (Visa Debit and Maestro) and Electron cards. In addition we also accept cash at the ceremony.

Tickets

Q:

Do I need to order a ticket for myself even if I am not bringing any guests?

A:

Yes, you will need to confirm that you are attending. If you have ordered your ticket(s) through our graduation hub you will be asked to select student and guest ticket(s). If you have ordered your ticket directly through your institution, please contact the institution administrator.

Q:

If I book a ticket for the wrong ceremony can I just amend my record?

A:

No, unfortunately if you have booked for the wrong ceremony you will need to cancel your order and then place a new order for the correct ceremony.

Q:

How will I receive my tickets?

A:

Your institution will opt for one of three options: 1. Eticket - A few days before your ceremony, you will be sent a Final Ticket Order confirmation email and you will need to print this out and hand it to your registration desk. They will then give you your tickets. 2 .Post your tickets - Your institution will post your tickets. 3. Collection on the day – Tickets will be available to be collected on the day of your ceremony. Please see your institution’s ceremony information for the method they have chosen to use.

How do I get a refund?

A:

If you go to My Account you will be able to amend and/or cancel your tickets by clicking on your order, and then clicking the 'Amend/Cancel' button. Alternatively you can contact our call centre.

Please note that the refund date is set by your institution and some institutions will not allow refunds. Please refer to your institution’s ceremony information.

Q:

Will there be extra tickets available?

A:

All ticket allocations are controlled by your institution. If there are extra tickets available the institution will contact you or make the announcement on their website. Please refer to your institution’s ceremony information.
